A great USA made company Excellent communication on delivery time updates. Easy to assemble compared to IKEA, but does take time and work. Price is equal to the value for sure. Very comfy - firm seating but not "hard". Easy for those with and RV since the couches come in boxes that easily fit through the door. Already thinking of getting a couch from them again when we settle into a house one day.

great quality It's a great, modular couch that's super easy to put together. The color selections are great and I'm extremely satisfied with the product itself. My only con would be the delivery process. IT was extremely difficult to get all 6 boxes up the two flights of stairs in my NYC walk up.

Sectional Splendor We love our home reserve sectional. We have 2 kids under 7, 3 dogs and 1 cat, so something *RESILIENT* was important to me. First, we currently live in a smaller home, but know that we are leaving in the next few years. I love that for now, I could purchase the amount of sections that work for this space, and when we move, I can add on to that. Second, because of aforementioned kids/pets, the fact that I can wash all of the fabric was such a plus! And lastly, the storage is fantastic (again, smaller home), every bit of storage helps. We are very happy with this purchase!

This furniture is amazing! This furniture is amazing! It looks and feels fantastic in our living room. It was easy to assemble with good, clear directions. The fabric is tight so you have to pull it slowly and evenly. If you take your time, it will go on.

Extraordinary Customer Service! I ordered a replacement cushion cover because my dog chewed ours. I accidentally ordered a different color than my original one, and a Home Reserve rep noticed the mistake and emailed me to double check if I really wanted a different color than the original one I ordered several years ago. I was so happy she noticed the difference and reached out. Then I got an extra fun surprise when the cover arrived, because there was a dog chew toy included with my cover. What a sweet and thoughtful thing for them to do! It really made me feel like I am a valued customer and showed that this company is about much more than just selling furniture.
