Sectional Splendor We love our home reserve sectional. We have 2 kids under 7, 3 dogs and 1 cat, so something *RESILIENT* was important to me. First, we currently live in a smaller home, but know that we are leaving in the next few years. I love that for now, I could purchase the amount of sections that work for this space, and when we move, I can add on to that. Second, because of aforementioned kids/pets, the fact that I can wash all of the fabric was such a plus! And lastly, the storage is fantastic (again, smaller home), every bit of storage helps. We are very happy with this purchase!

Super comfortable furniture This furniture is amazing. Home Reserve has amazing customer service, I had to get in touch with them a couple times for questions. I love that I was able to try a seat out before I made my purchase. We ended up trying the regular seat and a deep seat. I am not good at putting stuff together, but home reserve made it so easy to figure out. Each piece was labeled with a number or letter cutout in the wood. The directions w were so easy, and had pictures for install. I was able to get the couch put together. I love that it's customizable and if we ever need to add new seats we are able to. We also got 2 ottomans and we love those. This couch is so comfy, it feels like a giant memory foam bed. I can't recommend this couch enough.

Comfortable, excellent customer service. The sofa itself is comfortable, and not overly hard to assemble. Had a couple of minor issues, but a call to customer service got those parts replaced just three days later.

Quick responsive customer service Quick responsive customer service. The modular sectional fits our space well and everything went together without any issues. It does take some time to assemble everything. The exposed plywood is a little concerning on individual sectional pieces, but once it's all together, everything is well covered and looks good. We had two foam arm pieces that were the wrong shape for our fabric, but I sent an email and they sent the replacement pieces right away and I received them a couple days later. I'm very happy with the finished product.

I'm not dreading calling to order replacement pieces which I feel like will be inevitable due to the wear and tear the couch will get from the family and animals. 3 kids, 2 dogs and 4 cats.
