Fixed my issue Foreign company not easily reachable. Package damaged in delivery. Can only be seemingly returned in said damaged package. Goods received damaged. I need a refund basically. Changed rating since when I did get a hold of them they were super nice and responsive*

Fast delivery, easy and great quality I ordered Wednesday, the chairs got delivered Sunday. 5 screws to put them together, super easy for one person. Now I have a whole new look and super comfortable chairs to enjoy meals sitting with friends.

The hardware included with the chairs… The hardware included with the chairs were incorrect. I emailed the service desk and received a very quick response by email My attempt to contact someone by phone was useless as I never got an answer only response that phone was unavailable I tried maybe three times to reach someone on the phone. But as I indicated earlier , I received a very quick email response. I have yet to receive replacement product so I hope the replacement is correct
