She talked to management and I was given free shipping to send them back. I was very pleased to have dealt with this company and promptly ordered the right ones. Furniture Buyer's Dream There wasn't a moment that wasn't excellent from a buyers standpoint. Purchase was easy, shipping was quick and earlier than promised, and the TV stand was exactly as advertised. Took about 2 hours to assemble and everything was there and drilled correctly. I would 100% recommend buying from them. I know I will again.

By the time I received it, the box was in really bad shape but it was packaged well and survived shipping. The directions were good and even extra parts included. The TV stand was purchased through Overstock c/o One Big Outlet (reseller). The TV stand was delivered right to my door on the second floor, was in perfect shape, and looks outstanding for a reasonable price. There was one small issue with two of the hinges, but I contacted One Big Outlet and was able to verify the issue with them and Belleze and One Big Outlet provided the replacement parts - and it's perfect! Really great quality for the price, easy to put together, well constructed, stylish, and a company that stands behind their products. This is a fantastic deal for furnishing your home.

Customer service was great Customer service was great! We received the TV stand with damage from shipping and customer service promptly resolved the situation to our satisfaction. Other than the damage and the color being slightly off from what we expected, we love the TV stand. We bought the gray wash and it was more of a taupe.
