Looks great and practical for our needs in an entry The delivery came a day before it was expected, and the box was in good shape, always a good sign. We were able to assemble it, although getting the drawer slides/glides was the most difficult. I would have loved a more detailed explanation added to the pictures. Once I corrected my errors, the drawers fit perfectly...nothing like 'reading' the pictures more carefully.

She talked to management and I was given free shipping to send them back. I was very pleased to have dealt with this company and promptly ordered the right ones. Customer service was great Customer service was great! We received the TV stand with damage from shipping and customer service promptly resolved the situation to our satisfaction. Other than the damage and the color being slightly off from what we expected, we love the TV stand. We bought the gray wash and it was more of a taupe.

Good bed frame Good bed frame. Only complaint is the return process. We had to pay for return shipping which ended up being $150. Its understandable, but competitors offer free return shipping. I'd recommended going with one of them just in case you want to return it.
