GBExcellent Customer Service via Telephone We purchased an outdoor patio heater. During shipping one of the wheels incurred damage. We love the heater but due to the damage we couldn't move it around on our patio. We had difficulty receiving service from Belleze through their website support or through email; totally unresponsive. However, once we contacted them via telephone we were quickly satisfied with the service. Cassandra Garcia quickly took the details of our issue and informed us a new wheel would be shipped within 24-48 hours at no charge to us. We greatly appreciated the excellent service she provided.

GBOverall Review Delivery time: excellent Delivery condition: excellent Assembly: Quick and easy. However, some of the pre-drilled holes did not align well with the screws. Looks: matched our decor and room colors well. Two of the shelves had scratches. We put them as the highest and lowest shelves respectively to hide the scratches. Overall impression: Study, easy to assemble, arrived in good condition, and looks good in our home. Would purchase again.

GBNice Kitchen cabinet on wheels. I purchased a Kitchen cabinet on wheels from walmart.com that can hold a microwave on the top. The cabinet arrived and was well packed. All the parts were there and 1 extra for each little screw and parts that are required to assemble it. It was easy to assemble. We had a small glitch with the handle on one side being loose, so I called their customer service number. Brianna from the customer service handled my issue to my satisfaction. The assembled cabinet makes a nice addition to our kitchen and frees needed counterspace.
