The moment my husband and I walked into… The moment my husband and I walked into Urban Mattress we were treated with open arms by Josh. He was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable with the different options for mattresses. The materials used to make the mattresses are top of the line and they are worth every penny! We bought a king size Dahlia Hypurgel Firm mattress and it's like sleeping on a cloud. We couldn't be happier. Thank you for a great experience and helping my husband and I pick the best mattress we ever slept on! We will be back to buy pillows. :)

After one night on this bed... After one night on this bed, I can say it was a delight! Can't wait to fully adjust. The team who brought it in and set it up did a great job, were fastidious, and did well getting it in (tight turns). The only bad thing was the sheets we also ordered 2 weeks ago when we purchased the mattress are "on backorder". No heads up (which is why this isn't a "5"), which would have been nice to be able to plan how we would sleep on it our first night. There is very little "aroma" from the mattress, which is what we had hoped for (one of us is sensitive to strong aroma, especially chemically ones). The mattress cover was helpful in suppressing that last, lingering bit.

Explaining differences in coils, materials and non toxic fabrics. Warranty for bed and frame & old bedding removal policies explained. Set up a delivery date 6/13. Can’t wait to sleep on my Urban Mattress. Ken went over everything patiently and perfectly while also assisting new customers. Thank you Ken !!!
