They went out of their way to help find a solution and provided a somewhat specialty mattress. I’ve had my mattress for a while and still love it. Excellent service and excellent quality mattress.

I can tell that spending one night in… I can tell that spending one night in this bed was delightful! I'm eager to adapt completely. The crew that carried it in and assembled it did an excellent job, was meticulous, and handled the tight curves with ease. The only negative aspect was that the sheets we also ordered when we bought the mattress two weeks ago are "backordered." It would have been good to be able to plan how we would sleep on it our first night, but there was no heads up, which is why this isn't a "5". We had hoped for a big "aroma" from the mattress, but there isn't much of one (one of us is sensitive to strong scents, especially chemical ones). The mattress cover assisted in reducing

Exceptional Service! This is my second purchase with urban mattress and I’m quite pleased with their exceptional service. It’s a family owned business that takes pride in what they do and it shows. Listened and executed I ordered the Dahlia, they called the next business day to let me know there was an issue with inventory. They offered me options and delivery was a call and set up within 10minutes. No pressure sales in the store, had my preferences stored since I had visited before. In store communication and customer service was great!
