Fantastic Experience at Home Zone in North Lewisville! I had the best experience at Home Zone in North Lewisville! The sales executive, Shay, and the store manager, Nick, really took care of me. I came into the store on two separate occasions to look for bedroom and living room furniture. I like to thoroughly look at all of my options, and Shay was patient and kind throughout the process! He made helpful suggestions and was never pushy. He even carried couch cushions and drawers around the store so I could color coordinate my selections. Nick helped me find the best financing deal based on my individual circumstances (I’m a middle school teacher). I am beyond excited about the furniture I purchased, and I can’t thank Shay and Nick enough for making this such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Home Zone in North Lewisville! :)

No flexibility on delivery. Great people that deliver though. Very strict on when it can be delivered. No flexability on time. Corporate doesn’t communicate with delivery people. The store was supposed to keep it for pickup since they wouldn’t work with us on time. It still was delivered early when it wasn’t supposed to. The delivery people were awesome though.
