Wonderful experince at Home Zone Furniture I had a wonderful experience purchasing my furniture from HomeZone. My sales representative Thomas was patience and helpful while I shopped and ultimately purchased my new furniture. The delivery lead Darrel and his team where respectul of my property and carefully placed my new furniture in my home. My reclinging sofa, loveseat, reqular sofa, table set, and lamps have brighten up my home.

No flexibility on delivery. Great people that deliver though. Very strict on when it can be delivered. No flexability on time. Corporate doesn’t communicate with delivery people. The store was supposed to keep it for pickup since they wouldn’t work with us on time. It still was delivered early when it wasn’t supposed to. The delivery people were awesome though.

Great service, products, and value. I was greeted quickly after I came through the door. The sales rep listened attentively and guided me through the store to show me options best suited to my needs. She "got" what I was looking for. So helpful. The inventory offers a variety to choose from. I've been happy with my sofa and love seat bought this past summer. Also, have had and expect to continue having a good experience with efficient, on-time delivery.
