GBNice Wallet - Poor Customer Policies I recently ordered this item from Bosca - OLD LEATHER Full Gusset, 2 Pkt Card Case W/ I.D.. I placed the order on Thursday of last week. I received it on Saturday and placed my cards into it on Sunday. I like the card wallet. The leather is nice and it has plenty of room for my numerous credit cards. BUT Bosca's customer policies leave something to be desired. On Monday, Bosca put my card wallet on sale for 45% off. I emailed customer service asking for a price adjustment. I was told no. It is against company policy. I could not return my item and re-order at the lower price since I had already used the wallet. You can only return unused items. Very poor customer policies which leave a bad taste in your mouth. One other thing - I submitted this review on the Bosca website and they have not posted it.

GBWarranty claim is a lie Warranty claim is a lie. Their wallets are of poor workmanship. They are nice to look at it, but not for everyday use. Their customer service in Ohio is pathetic. Google them and see for yourself the run down building they conduct their business from? If they take such a serious approach in their quality of products as they stated in their response. Why was I given such a hard time about a replacement. I sent pics of the damaged as per request and called multiple times looking for answer and all I received was the run about. Sorry but I do not trust a single word in your reply. Wallet was replaced 3 times, not 4 . This should tell you that their quality of their products is sub par. Bottom line is if you claim a lifetime warranty for defects, you should honor it. Otherwise its false advertising.

GBWould NOT recommend! The wallet began to fray after about two weeks. I called no less than 5 times and sent no less than 6 emails with pictures. NO RESPONSE! All I wanted was an exchange not my money. I would not recommend their wallet or their support to anyone who asked.

GBThe Gift that Keeps on Giving... I have loved Bosca for years! Recently gave my son-in-law the leather portfolio for his MBA since I had given one to my other son-in-law upon college graduation. I also had gifted them to our two daughters for their college graduations. Each contained a praiseworthy and noteworthy "official" letter. The quality is excellent, service excellent, gift box beautiful. It is a winning item. And, you get what you for:)

GBWhat a Customer Nightmare and I live 40 Miles from Company! Purchased a belt on line and I live 40 Miles from their operation. Took three weeks for belt to be delivered and then they mailed the wrong size. Took another two Plus weeks to get a Return Authorization. They received the return in two days and that was two and a half weeks ago. Called Customer Service and inquired on my belt exchange and was told it was in process. That was 10 Days ago and still no belt. To say they have problems is an understatement and as far as Customer Service - What a waste of energy as they do not get any results other than make excuses for the company. I just left a message for a refund rather than an exchange. Wonder how long that will take? Suggestion - Shop somewhere else!
