GBNice Wallet - Poor Customer Policies I recently ordered this item from Bosca - OLD LEATHER Full Gusset, 2 Pkt Card Case W/ I.D.. I placed the order on Thursday of last week. I received it on Saturday and placed my cards into it on Sunday. I like the card wallet. The leather is nice and it has plenty of room for my numerous credit cards. BUT Bosca's customer policies leave something to be desired. On Monday, Bosca put my card wallet on sale for 45% off. I emailed customer service asking for a price adjustment. I was told no. It is against company policy. I could not return my item and re-order at the lower price since I had already used the wallet. You can only return unused items. Very poor customer policies which leave a bad taste in your mouth. One other thing - I submitted this review on the Bosca website and they have not posted it.

GBI have received way too much email from… I have received way too much email from Bosca after my order, but I am still waiting to be notified that an item I want to purchase is back in stock.

GBI have to agree with Brian’s review - actually an Asian made good I have to agree with Brian’s review. BOSCA is an Italian name (I assume) that sells a line called “Old Leather”. Their wallet has a “1911” in it as they have been making leather goods since then (again I assume). Their website has lots about Italian leather. However, I bought their 12 card wallet for $155 from Nordstrom and the tag sewn into the seam (halfway down so extremely difficult to read) inside the bill compartment says “Made in China”. I can buy an unrecognized brand black leather wallet on Amazon for $13 that I expect to be Chinese, not a 109-year old Ohio-based luxury leather brand. Disappointed as expected more for the extra $142...

GBNot as good as they used to be I used to hold Bosca in very high regard… even posting a complimentary review or two. Their leather products and their refill paper were of very high quality. That is, until I went to purchase some refill paper for my Bosca portfolio and the quality was disappointingly inferior to the same product I purchased a few months prior. I attempted to post a review on their website indicating my displeasure with the change over three times, and Bosca refused to post the comments. It speaks to the integrity of the company or lack thereof. So these other comments about the inferior products are no surprise to me.
