Super Helpful!!! I ordered the wrong size by mistake and they were super helpful in getting me the correct one quickly! I ordered the Party Poison Jacket and it was great quality and I am excited to be able to wear it once I receive the smaller size :) I would 100% recommend and I am going to look great at the concert I am wearing it to! Kudos Black Leather Jacket Kudos Black Leather Jacket I ordered my vest from "Black Leather Jacket" during Covid 19 where their website advised shipping would be delayed due to the pandemic.My vest arrived much earlier than expected and is of very good quality. However there was a fit issue and when I contacted Lisa Amber at customer service she promptly offered an acceptable solution. Great product and great customer service. Beware of their return policy I ordered a jacket on Nov 25th for Christmas. When I gave it to my husband on Christmas the jacket just did not fit. I tried to find on their website what the return policy was but could not find it so I emailed them. The email I received stated that they have a 30 day return exchange policy - no exceptions. Needless to say I was very unhappy and now I have a $100 jacket that my husband can’t wear. Will not buy from them again.

A woman named LISA AMBER will contact you with many promises and screen shots of FALSE bank papers and LISA AMBER will request you remove your reviews so they can continue their SCAM. Superb quality I took a chance on USA Jackets, looking for something specific, and I am glad I did. I initially assumed what I ordered would be little more than an upgraded Halloween jacket. I was shocked when my order arrived and it was a full leather jacket, with nice stitching, and attention to detail. Without a doubt I will order a 2nd jacket from USA Jackets, and as my tastes change, I will undoubtedly order more.
