Superb quality I took a chance on USA Jackets, looking for something specific, and I am glad I did. I initially assumed what I ordered would be little more than an upgraded Halloween jacket. I was shocked when my order arrived and it was a full leather jacket, with nice stitching, and attention to detail. Without a doubt I will order a 2nd jacket from USA Jackets, and as my tastes change, I will undoubtedly order more.

Excellent customer service, would recommend Ordered The Boys Billy Butcher coat. Order was delivered withing week, though unfortunately the coat was slightly tighter in underarm area then expected.. Wrote about this to the store hoping to be able to at least exchange for larger size. reply from customer service came following day, offering either partial refund, or lower price on second item, BOTH offers with me keeping the original item. Great personal experience, probably gonna buy something more from here.

Pleasantly Surprised I stumbled across USA Jacket while searching for new jackets for this upcoming winter. I was surprised at the value of the items and decided to purchase the Goku Drip Puffer Jacket. I’m glad to repost that the package was shipped to me ahead of schedule and the quality of the jacket itself is a solid 5/5. I will definitely be purchasing from here when I need more coats / jackets!

This is the Holy Grail of Cosplay costuming I’m a cosplayer and I’ve been searching for a jacket like this for over a decade. Most of the ones I’ve seen have been wool or cotton but USA Jackets have exceeded my expectations by making a screen accurate jacket out of red suede leather. It even comes lined with functional pockets. I can’t wait to wear it to Gallifrey One as Captain John Hart from Torchwood.

Beware of their return policy I ordered a jacket on Nov 25th for Christmas. When I gave it to my husband on Christmas the jacket just did not fit. I tried to find on their website what the return policy was but could not find it so I emailed them. The email I received stated that they have a 30 day return exchange policy - no exceptions. Needless to say I was very unhappy and now I have a $100 jacket that my husband can’t wear. Will not buy from them again.
