Well the jacket that was sent was not… Well the jacket that was sent was not the jacket I ordered. It was poor quality. I ordered a Raiders jacket. The image was not what I ordered it was really bad image. Funny looking image. I requested a refund but I was to late to get a full refund. I'm not saving the jacket because it was poor quality. Just gonna get rid of it so no raiders fan can be seen with it.

Real Leather Jacket The jacket I ordered for my girlfriend and received was a good quality, real leather jacket. Unfortunately the size I ordered fit her a lil snug. However, in contacting USA LEATHER JACKETS, they responded to all of my emails, and in the end I was accomodated accordingly through the return policy process. I plan to place an order for the same jacket for my girlfriend, but in a larger size, which I’m sure will fit her better, and she will be happy with.

I ordered "loose fit" leather pants… I ordered "loose fit" leather pants size XL. The price was low compared to leather pants I'd bought in the past (Wilson). Upon receipt I was satisfied with the quality feel of the leather. My issue was with the "loose fit". I regularly buy size 40-42 jeans, chinos, even dress slack to accommodate for my athletic lower body (larger thighs). Loose fit is my thing, I don't do tight. I could hardly pull these pant on they were so small. I measured the waist and it was 38". In retrospect, size 2XL or even 3XL might be needed in order to get a "loose fit" look and feel. I typically dont mind altering the waist in these situations. USA staff were responsive to my email inquiries in terms of exchange. A 70% refund was offered as the return process sounded arduous and kind of costly (Not sure what to do with pants that don't fit). I did agree when a $25 coupon was included with the refund offered. I will order the larger size 2XL, if they have one. Here's hoping.

Great customer service! Ordered a suit for a wedding at the beginning of May. From what I understand, a few of the other guys' suits were fine fit-wise. With the first measurements I sent, we got the suit within a reasonable amount of time, but it did not fit. The customer service was superb. They responded right away and told me what I needed to do to get another suit. I sent their required measurements, along with several others as my son has a long torso and long arms. We received a new suit within a reasonable amount of time. The pants are a little big and the arms of the jacket are still a little shorter than they should be, but it will work. Throughout the entire process, their responses, via email, were impressive and they were very helpful! I was also told to donate the first suit, which I will be happy to do!
