BEWARE! Item never received! Ordered a wallet via Bonanza.com. Item was never received. 14 days after order placed (and 10 days after expected delivery), company called me and stated they had received my payment & the delay was due to "we've just started working with bonanza". Multiple further attempts to contact the company were unanswered.

Not only did I order two pairs of what… Not only did I order two pairs of what was suppose to be PRADA shoes, but they sent the wrong items, the shoes were used and they are not getting back to me with the return information as to where I should send back the shoes. They are a nightmare. So upset and disappointed with this company

The deals were unbeatable but also reinforced by their authenticity policy. What surprised me more was the excellent customer service I received up receiving my first order! Although one of my items were exactly as expected, I was not completely satisfied with one of my other orders and asked for a refund on my purchase. Not only do they offer free shipping for orders as well as returns, they also make sure to find ways to make you happy by making sure you find exactly what you need. The representatives responded very quickly and are also very personable unlike other companies. They really make you feel special! Apology due. Wow - sometimes a hasty review is really a horrible decision. That was certainly the case with my review of March 12 in which I warned caveat emptor. Without asking, this seller on its own reviewed the circumstances of my purchase and, without any request on my part, completely refunded the 10% re-stocking fee that had been assessed. I'd say that was pretty good service.
