No product delivery or response to my emails and it’s been 2 1/2 weeks now. Thankfully, 1stdibs helped out and will send refund (in a couple of weeks).

JPThey stole my merchandise!!! I bought 3 pieces of fashion jewelry, but got only 2 of them. Shipping time took about 3 weeks, which is away too long for shipping price 60$. Package was very poor quality.

I like the concept of “make an offer”, name your price, they will accept your offer if it is reasonable so you don’t have to wait till it is on sale. If the shoes don’t fit, Making a return is also very easy and free. Highly recommend to people who love the designer brand but only pay a fraction of the cost in Dept store.
