New Floor Installation The installers Vincent and Eric from National Floors Direct where prompt and courteous. Vincent was patient and listened to my wife's questions. He answered professionally and put her concerns at ease. They worked in a neat and orderly fashion and completed the installation in a few hours. Upon completion they cleaned up after themselves and left us with a new floor that we are very happy with. The floor we chose is Shaw- Cortec- Quincy Oak.

The demonstrator was extremely knowledgeable and patient. The workers were punctual, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. Amazing experience Amazing experience. I have my elderly mother living with me and needed floors that would be good with her wheelchair and match her esthetic but also look good when we go to update. The salesperson listened to my needs and recommended the perfect vinyl flooring. Removal and installation all happened in one day. All pricing was upfront with no "surprise" charges on installation day. And the installation crew did an amazing job and addressed any of my questions. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review, however I would have done it for free. The day after installation, I booked another appointment for them to come back out to give me an estimate on carpet for all the bedrooms. Very satisfied! PO #TX11146

Terrific Experience! I had a terrific experience with the whole National Floors Direct installation process. One, because the rep was on time within the time window I was given. Second, the installation went smoothly. Three, the floor is gorgeous! And lastly, they cleaned up and there was not one hiccup in the process. That is what I like!
