The installation crew did a beautiful job and cleaned up nicely. We had to reschedule our installation and it was easy and we were able to change the date with no problems. New Floor Installation The installers Vincent and Eric from National Floors Direct where prompt and courteous. Vincent was patient and listened to my wife's questions. He answered professionally and put her concerns at ease. They worked in a neat and orderly fashion and completed the installation in a few hours. Upon completion they cleaned up after themselves and left us with a new floor that we are very happy with. The floor we chose is Shaw- Cortec- Quincy Oak.

Happy results I saw a tv commercial for Nat'l Floors Direct, made the call, and set up an in-home estimate. Their representatives were professional, prompt, warm and friendly. I had shopped around and it took me quite some time before I decided on this company. The price was within my budget, and I was able to make choices that were pleasing, even though unforeseen circumstances prevented me from truly doing everything I had originally hoped.They took their time to go over what was expected and made sure I was satisfied before it was completed. My floors look great, and the installers did an excellent job.

Their availabilty to come over with their samples was within days of my initial call.
