Best floor ever The experience was simply extraordinary, since the first time we talked about our floors it was just amazing and now that we have installed the new floor it looks so beautiful. The high quality materials are out of this world. The installers were so professional. We are so satisfied with our product and with National Floors direct. Amazing experience Amazing experience. I have my elderly mother living with me and needed floors that would be good with her wheelchair and match her esthetic but also look good when we go to update. The salesperson listened to my needs and recommended the perfect vinyl flooring. Removal and installation all happened in one day. All pricing was upfront with no "surprise" charges on installation day. And the installation crew did an amazing job and addressed any of my questions. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review, however I would have done it for free. The day after installation, I booked another appointment for them to come back out to give me an estimate on carpet for all the bedrooms. Very satisfied! PO #TX11146
