GBOur ac recently stopped working and we… Our ac recently stopped working and we found ourselves in need of a replacement. The technicians in our area were quoting us for way too much so we decided to try fixing the issue ourselves. We called in and after sending over our floor plans they spec'd us for 3 Zone Pioneer 36,000 BTU system and we could not be happier. It was a DIY mini split so did the install ourselves with the help of my brother who has experience installing air conditioners. We did run into a few issues during the install but after a 30 minute phone call with mini split systems direct we got it all resolved. Great tech support! They followed up with us a week later to see how we were doing. Great customer service!

GBThis is not a legit operation When my order did not ship for several days, I emailed them. It took them almost a week to get back to me to let me know that they had canceled my order because there was a problem with the payment. Yeah, right! I paid with Amazon Pay. The money was immediately and successfully charged to my credit card. Even if they experienced a problem on their side, the proper thing to do would have been to let me know about it. Not sit on it for a week and then respond to my emails to let me know that you decided to cancel the order due to some completely bogus reason. Now I have to contact Amazon to get my money back. If somebody has a lot of spare time and don't know what to do with it, and also like to donate money to scammers, you have found the place. Look no further. This is it. Update 12/8/2023: I see the response from the company saying that they tried calling me. This is yet another lie. I double checked my voicemails. Nothing from this company. I paid with Amazon Pay. Amazon never said a single word to me about any problem with payment. And Amazon wouldn't even let me place the order if there ever was an issue with payment. As of today I have filed a complaint with Amazon as well and asked that the payment for this order be canceled since this company has zero intention of shipping the ordered item. Also, it should be noted that before writing this review, I emailed the company, and asked them to ship the item I had ordered and paid for. And that if they didn't, I'd post a review online about my experience and for wasting my time. Did I ever get a response to that email? Nope. I gave them multiple chances to do the right thing.

GBGood service This was my first time buying an air conditioning system. I didnt spend alot of time researching as our ac went out and we needed a replacement ASAP. We told Jonathan what we needed and he got it to us asap, we paid extra for shipping to Alaska. We've had a great experience, if we need another system in the future will definitely be back.

GBVery helpful client support. Came through when I needed help. So quiet and efficient. I purchased two Pioneer cooling systems for our server room. Great company. I damaged one of the Freon lines during install of one of the units and support was great getting me a replacement at a discounted price which they didn’t need to do but shows their commitment to their clients and product.
