Though their platform states that we can delete our account with them at anytime by sending an email to support, which I did 3 emails already, they have not deleted my account and never replied back. This has been going on for 1 month. I also asked support to remove all my photo prints from being sold with their online gallery partners and they replied that it could take about 12 months to do so!?!? But yet in the FAQ on their website it says about 3 to 6 months!? Something smells fishy with them!

I had an issue with my frames being… I had an issue with my frames being bent when they arrived. I chatted with a customer service agent, who had 3 new ones sent right away! And I didn’t have to send the others back! Great Customer Service!

Great frames! I accidentally ordered the wrong size frames. I was able to realize before the order shipped and emailed customer service who refunded me right away and instructed me to reorder the correct size. Frames look like wood, love them!
