GBI had a very good experience with Sleep… I had a very good experience with Sleep Galleria. I ordered a massage chair, had some questions and they were very responsive. They shipped my chair three business days after my order was placed. I also got an amazing deal for the chair that another company said "I don't know how they are offering that chair at such a discount!" If you want fast shipping, responsive customer service and a potential discount that nobody can match, I would recommend you check out Sleep Galleria.

GBI ordered a massage chair and paid with… I ordered a massage chair and paid with a credit card. The website indicated the chair would be delivered by Jan. 31. Well into February, I hadn't received delivery. I called, talked to someone who said it would be delivered the following week. Nothing... Then I emailed and texted and attempted another call. No response from any! I contacted my credit card company and issued a dispute. They have until the end of March to respond, but so far nothing after more than 3 weeks. Don't trust these people!

GBI bought a 1621$ Tempur-Pedic mattress… I bought a 1621$ Tempur-Pedic mattress from them in early September 2023. They did not deliver it till October 2023. After that they called me in late October 2023 and told me Tempur-Pedic was delaying deliveries and that I could change to Beautyrest Black C class with a free movable base thrown in to compensate for the delay in delivery. I agreed for the switch only to realise they filed for bankruptcy just days afterwards. I am now stuck with an absolutely bad quality mattress that I can't use and my $1621 are stuck due to bankruptcy filing. I am sure the owner of Johns Creek, GA store who personally called me and offeredcme to switch will pay for his bad Karma since I have been sleeping on the couch for the past 6 months thanks to him. Please go ahead and buy from them if you think they will treat you differently!

GBGift Card Scam - Bad For Business I purchased a mattress from Sleep Galleria and never received the $300.00 Visa gift card promised, even after numerus follow ups. I've been following up almost every week and have not received any updates, responses or acknowledgement from "support@sleepgalleria . com". Yet, every time when I called for a status, I've been told to email support@sleepgalleria . com. There's a 90 day waiting period to file for the gift card. Not sure if I can even dispute the charge since it's pass 90+ days from purchase. I called the manager at the location where I purchased the mattress, he said gift card is handled by Corporate. No responses from Emily at Corporate to date.
