Visa gift card is a scam Purchased a mattress and was promised a 200$ visa gift card. After following up for months, filling out forms and mailing to addresses that were not valid and they were returned, they finally accepted the form via email. After inquiring numerous times as to the delivery of the gift card I received an email saying they filed bankrupcy 6 months ago and could not honor it. Total scam, they never had any intention of honoring this, and just hope people give up.

Online store won't accept payments.... Wanted to order a pillow from here, but for a few days the order submission form says this store cannot accept payments right now which seems sketchy. Won't be ordering from here.

I ordered a massage chair and paid with… I ordered a massage chair and paid with a credit card. The website indicated the chair would be delivered by Jan. 31. Well into February, I hadn't received delivery. I called, talked to someone who said it would be delivered the following week. Nothing... Then I emailed and texted and attempted another call. No response from any! I contacted my credit card company and issued a dispute. They have until the end of March to respond, but so far nothing after more than 3 weeks. Don't trust these people!

The bed is what was expected The bed is what was expected . When buying the bed shipping details are given a week later and it’s hard to track the package with out calling and speaking to several people it’s like you buy the product and wait for them to contact you which was quite odd to me . It sucked not knowing when the bed will arrive until 3 days prior . Delivery team was suppose to remove old mattress and they were not helpful the came while it was raining and did not call prior to arrival and we’re very unhelpful .
