Terrible customer service buyer beware Terrible customer service!!and they hide the contact info! I’m Not happy with the rug I received but returning it will Be more cost than it’s worth and the hassle. Buyer beware.

Never received order... Placed an order in the beginning of January 2023. Did not receive my order even a month later, asked and they said they are in the earthquake region which is why it is taking so long but they would update me on the status soon. I've sent multiple inquiries and they have stopped responding and it is now almost April of 2023 and no order, response, update or refund. This site is FRAUD.

Best Customer Service Ever... Although I wasn't completely satisfied with the look of the rug I chose, I've never had better customer service in my life. In retrospect, I believe I should have contacted the company first, instead of a public comment regarding my disappointment. The company contacted me immediately and asked ME how to make things right. Who does that these days? Who actually converses with their customers directly? If you find a product you like, give Fame a try. They seem to be the kind of company anyone would want to do business with.

Where is my 2nd rug … I ordered 2 rugs in November. I received one, which I am happy with. My second rug was shipped to the wrong address and I had to bend over backwards to get in touch with someone about it. They promised that a replacement rug would be shipped a week ago…. Of course it has not shipped and nobody is answering my messages on how to get it to ship! I don’t think I have ever left a review for anything but I feel compelled to because of how frustrating this experience has been. It’s too bad bc I do love the first rug I received… but I wouldn’t order another one because of the horrible time I’ve had trying to track down this second rug. Bummer

Red and fabulous! We just moved into a new home in April and had big plans to build a nice bookcase in our living room. After looking for weeks, we found and ordered beautiful red Turkish rug from Etsy. It took about a month to arrive but it was no matter because we only just finished the room and rolled out the carpet a couple weeks ago! The rug has a small pile but it's very smooth and soft to the touch. We put a rug pad underneath since it's a bit thin. I'm very comfortable just sitting on the floor, and I love how the color pops in the room with our furniture. I was going to post a photo but I don't know how.
