GBHorrible customer service. Horrible customer service. I purchased three sheets of grass in April so they would be here in time to redo the back yard for graduation party over Memorial Day weekend. According to website, deliver should have been may 13. On may 13, fed ex tracking says pending. When I contacted Fed Ex their explanation is the seller has only created a label. They have shipped the item. I called the company's customer service number and it's disconnected. When I email customer service I either get no response or a poorly worded response that doesn't answer any questions I've asked about whether the grass has even shipped and when I can expect it. I've purchased grass from this company before and not had this type of experienced. It's disappointing! Update: after waiting three weeks for my order, multiple emails that offer not contact information for the warehouse, but keep saying they sent it, today I received an email saying the product is out of stock. Instead of calling me and asking if another size will work, they just emailed. Ridiculous! But PLEASE! If the company is reading this, send me the product I ordered. I don't care if it's the smaller mats, as long as it's 1.57. I will update all of this to a positive review if you will just get me the product in the next week.

GBInspiration Could not get Lily to go on the balcony now she doesn't mind and it really brightens the balcony up, thought about adding on adding curtains to go with it and a lounge chair. We really are enjoying it!
