GBI was sent the wrong item. I was sent the wrong item. When I reached out to their email on 5 seperate occasions over the course of 3 weeks, they never responded. Also, their phone number is either disconnected or never was real in the first place. The address on their website leads to an abandoned warehouse. Honestly feels like a scam business. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

GBFor $50.00 I really expected something… For $50.00 I really expected something much better. Matted and smelling strongly of rubber. After several days, my dog still won’t use it.

GBFRAUD I ordered from the website 6/14. It states 3-5 business day FAST shipping, but they haven’t shipped it but have my $500. They have not responded to ANY of my emails so I am reporting as fraud. Do NOT order from them directly. You can find at Walmart, Amazon & Wayfair and at least have some recourse if you don’t get what you paid for.
