AUTerrible company Terrible company. The cord was faulty. I sent them the video several times. They kept telling me they didn't get the video. I have not used the sheets yet. Waste of money. Appalling customer service.

GBA Christmas Gift that was Late and defective … My husband bought me these sheets and one pillow case for Christmas and it was a month LATE! I read all of the care instructions and upon the first wash the pillow case lost its connections. I have no way of using it now. He wrote several emails asking for a replacement or guidance on how to fix the pillow case only to get standard responses about their ‘return policy’… I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with this company and its customer service. Why won’t they simply replace the standard gray pillowcase??? So simple yet apparently they don’t know anything about taking care of the customers!

GBThis company is complete scam This company is complete scam. The website is littered with 30 Day back money back guarantees and they have NO return policies once you become a paying customer. I have been going back and forth with an Admin via email, sent in pictures of my UNUSED, UNOPENED items (decided we didn't need the pillowcases). and they so far have offered to give me 20% off on them!!! It's a joke! you also need to note that you need an outlet for every piece you buy and that is why we wanted to return the pillowcases. I don't have 3 outlets by my bed to accommodate all 3 devices. I would save your money or look for alternatives. Terrible customer service

Update 4/22/24: To Trustpilot: This company already has my information and contacted me stating they would refund the $30, but I will say they refused me multiple times over multiple emails, and it took this review in order for them to take responsibility. Many thanks and gratitude to you, Trustpilot. To The Grounding Co: I am waiting to actually see credits applied back to my card (specifically, a refund of $79.95 for the return of the unused product, as well as a refund for an erroneous charge of “restocking” in the amount of $30). ---------------------------------------------- This company cannot be trusted and did not deliver as promised. Product was returned unused after they confirmed (after receipt of requested evidence via pictures of unused product), they lied by stating I would be fully reimbursed then later took $30 out of my “full refund.” When I emailed them, they refused to stand by their statements and now I am pursuing avenues to report them for breaching regulatory duties to a consumer. BUYER BEWARE!
