Oh my goodness Oh my goodness, love this company!!! Great and quick customer service, for the most part,,, answered all of my questions and super supportive. Quality of the grounding items is awesome. I have the pillow cases and throw. The throw along with the pillow cases is like wowwwwwwwww!! I had also got the grounding pad and sheets elsewhere but will definitely go to this company when I am ready to start ordering for the kids and gifts appreciate the sales as well!!! My husband has suffered from insomnia… My husband has suffered from insomnia for years. He started hearing about grounding sheets and looked into reviews and benefits. The first night we used the grounding sheets he quickly fell asleep and got a full night sleep.

A Christmas Gift that was Late and defective … My husband bought me these sheets and one pillow case for Christmas and it was a month LATE! I read all of the care instructions and upon the first wash the pillow case lost its connections. I have no way of using it now. He wrote several emails asking for a replacement or guidance on how to fix the pillow case only to get standard responses about their ‘return policy’… I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with this company and its customer service. Why won’t they simply replace the standard gray pillowcase??? So simple yet apparently they don’t know anything about taking care of the customers!

They do NOT allow returns All I can say is be sure you have enough outlets for every device that you buy as in pillowcases and bedsheets they all will take up an entire outlet in the wall. Also, if you plan to return anything, they make the process extremely difficult they require you to pay for shipping and get it returned yourself. They offer no help whatsoever. In fact I’ve been trying to return pillowcases for over two months and the last thing they offered me was a $50 gift card, this company is a scam. There is no money before you purchase anything. There are several other companies you can buy grounding sheets on Amazon and the return process is lovely.

After 25 years of suffering severe… After 25 years of suffering severe fibromyalgia, Central Nervous System problems with dizziness, balance problems, syncope, and insomnia, I was so weary and ready to give up. My daughter purchased 2 sheets for my husband and me. It took approximately a week and a half for my body to receive the amazing effects of the sheet. For several wonderful, peaceful nights I've been able to fall asleep and stay asleep with no pain or soreness. You have no idea how blessed I am to be able to rest well and awaken refreshed. Thank you Grounding Sheets for making this possible. Also, I had one small issue with my extra cord not being included. Their customer service got right on it. Thanks, again, for a great experience.
