GBOne of the worst experiences I've had… One of the worst experiences I've had with a purchase. Customer service is atrocious. Their return policy is misleading and does not state that something like a lamp cannot have been installed. I purchased a Marset Vetra pendant, and not only was the wiring to the ac/dc adapter poorly assembled, but after following the instructions to install (twice, now after I've been told I can't return it) it it is completely lopsided and will not level. Neither Marset nor Viesso has offered any sort of assistance and now i am stuck with an extremely expensive piece of junk. I would have been better off buying something from Amazon.

GBJust what I wanted Saw a rug in a villa we rented in St. Maarten and fell in love so I had to find it! After doing a internet search I was pleasantly surprised to find Viesso who sold this wonderful rug I had to have. From start to finish it was a great experience and I now enjoy my rug in my own home! :) Thank you!

GBBad Service Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite of most I see here. Maybe because I had a return, which was stated to be returnable on the website (or I would not have bought it). Aside from being damage slightly upon arrival (standard these days), at first they would take it back after a restocking fee of $275. Then they flat out refused to take the item back after finding it was damaged (by them or by transport). This is terrible customer service, and Customer Service is why I buy anything anywhere. Lots of other furniture companies are amazing, why would I buy more from this company with this type of service? Good service, and you have a customer for life, and one who buys more furniture than you could imagine.

GBBeware Beware! Viesso does not take returns on some items, but never tells you it's a final sale. They refuse to work with us. We are stuck with an over $500 Papellina rug that, unexpectedly and unlike our other Papellina rugs, is thick at the ends so our front door won't open. We have nowhere else to use it. Brand new, perfect condition, was put immediately back in the box to ship back--only they won't refund us.

GBVery good experience overall Very good experience overall. Viesso offers a wide selection of colors and sizes for a certain rug that I wanted, and I liked having a lot to choose from. The product they sent was well-packaged for shipping. And they were responsive when I needed to make an exchange. I would order from them again.
