Customer service is atrocious Customer service is atrocious. I’ve never been ignored by a company quite like this. It has taken four follow up emails over the course of two months to receive a two sentence response. No responsibility for making a mistake and no resolution. I spent over $10k here. I’ll never make that mistake again.

My contact with Viesso went on for … My contact with Viesso went on for several months, as I was trying to decide which sofa to purchase. Customer Service was most helpful in explaining to me the differences in the products and reassuring me that everything was eco-friendly and non-toxic. I asked many questions & received many answers. When I finally got the sofa I picked, it was too low, so I contact my Viesso rep. again & she suggested we swap out the legs for taller ones. This was done in a matter of a couple of weeks and now I am completely satisfied. My customer service rep. was Amira.

Beware Beware! Viesso does not take returns on some items, but never tells you it's a final sale. They refuse to work with us. We are stuck with an over $500 Papellina rug that, unexpectedly and unlike our other Papellina rugs, is thick at the ends so our front door won't open. We have nowhere else to use it. Brand new, perfect condition, was put immediately back in the box to ship back--only they won't refund us.

Amazing quality and service We are super happy with our Woud Array Highboard. We actually ordered another piece that we didn’t love and the return process was smooth and easy. I’m not sure why others don’t understand their policy as it is very clear on the website.and is no differently than other furniture companies. Customer service was amazing.

Exceptional customer service and spectacular product I’m mad at myself for not writing his name down, but I believe it was Ryan, who was so incredibly helpful to me during the selection of a small sized Pappelina Asta rug to be used for color selection purposes of tiles, countertops, etc. We are renovating a 1907 home in Portland Maine, and are designing our kitchen and back hallway area around these wonderful rugs! We will be ordering several more once we are ready to move in. I cannot tell you how helpful and easy he was to deal with. Viesso prices are better than your competitors and free shipping was a big Plus as well. Thank you so much!
