First time ordering Tile online I placed a 1sf order online pf 4x4 tumbled marble for sample purposes and it was packed perfectly, and arrived in 4 business days by UPS.

Ordered a sample and received status along the way on when it was being shipped, when I could expect it, and a follow up as well. The sample was excellent and will be ordering more when I’m ready for my project. Great company to deal with.

Shipping Issues I made an order for an example tile and received the order info, but never any shipping. I had to ask twice over multiple weeks to find out what was happening with my order and when it was going to be shipped. They did overnight it when it was finally shipped, to make it better. The CS Agent was very nice and apologetic.

Beautiful New Countertops and… Beautiful New Countertops and Backsplash! The selection at the showroom was fantastic, which made it difficult to choose! However, the excellent customer service and advice helped me navigate the immensity of options. I ended up going with a white quartz countertop and the Status Ceramic Backsplash in red, which look beautiful against my kitchen's brick walls.
