First time ordering Tile online I placed a 1sf order online pf 4x4 tumbled marble for sample purposes and it was packed perfectly, and arrived in 4 business days by UPS.

I have had the most wonderful… I have had the most wonderful experience shopping for tile with the help of Maria Ponciano! I have a very old, Country Floors backsplash in my kitchen and wanted to find something for a fireplace surround. After I found a tile on line, I requested information and a sample. Maria has corresponded with me faithfully. She helped me purchase the sample, kept me posted on it's arrival, gave me a quote for purchasing the needed tile, sent me invoices, guided me through the process when I was having technical difficulty, etc., etc. Maria was so friendly with each correspondence while at the same time being very professional and continually helpful. Shipping Issues I made an order for an example tile and received the order info, but never any shipping. I had to ask twice over multiple weeks to find out what was happening with my order and when it was going to be shipped. They did overnight it when it was finally shipped, to make it better. The CS Agent was very nice and apologetic.
