I placed an order for casters on… I placed an order for casters on 5/2/19. On 5/10 I called to find out when my order would ship. I was told they were waiting for a component to complete the order. I've sent additional emails on 6/25 and 6/29 asking about my order but now I can't get a response. Very disappointed with Faultless Caster.

Confusing fulfillment My only complaint was that I called the 800 number on the site to ask questions about the product and talked to somebody at a distributor who was not the distributor who ended up fulfilling the order, so when I called back to track the order, it was a bit of a ordeal to figure out where it was, etc. The person at the original distributor was extremely helpful in tracking down where my order actually was, but it was just a bit confusing. In the end, the product was just what I needed and worked great!

Fast and accurate ship Fast and accurate ship. Good value. Only suggestion is send out tracking information. Will use Fautless again for my caster wheels needs. Thank you!

Good fit the first time Good fit. I found the 3-D model helpful in determining which casters would be best - I was able to open it in blender 2.8, and get the measurements to compare with existing equipment that I planned on retro-fitting without removing them from existing equipment. Good job on Faultless Caster to provide 3-D models of their products for this propose - even though I am certain they were intended to be used for designers. I love using these kinds of resources "off-book".

Long wait for order, good agent Customer service agent over the phone was very nice and helpful with my order though I did have to call back after a few days because I hadn't been sent an invoice/receipt. She remedied that right away. I live in Los Angeles and will be picking my casters up in Irvine (we have porch bandits), my only gripe is that I have to wait TWO weeks (at least) for them to arrive at the Irvine CA location and I could really use them now. It seems in this day and age two weeks is an inordinate time to wait for a delivery.
