Excellent Customer Service Excellent, order did not turn up and I had paid for Express delivery with Royal Mail. Anthropology sent a new order that arrived within 24 hours.. Fabulous staff, nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend. First time I had ordered from them. 5 *****

I ordered a lamp and quickly realised I… I ordered a lamp and quickly realised I could have obtained a discount so I emailed customer services to cancel the order. I received no response and few days later the lamp arrived but it was damaged and very cheaply made. The fabric was glued to the structure and this had failed. The fringing was also dreadful. I emailed again but still no reply. In the end I returned it to a shop in person. I don’t think much of anthropologies products or customer service after this experience

My shirt is currently stuck in customs My shirt is currently stuck in customs. Customer service says speak to the courier. But the courier hasn’t taken any action either. Very disappointing customer service from Anthropologie. Can someone from customer service PLEASE HELP ME. An update. Now they refunded my money instead of fixing the issue and delivering my shirt. Unbelievable!
