GBColour doesn’t match order! Ordered two pairs of jeans in a particular colour but was sent two pairs that were very obviously not the colour advertised. Although they were quick to respond and sent a prepaid returns label, they haven’t resolved the issue of the wrong colour jeans and an obvious misrepresentation if that colour on their website… I wonder if they hope people will keep the jeans anyway, pity.

GBItem arrived damaged Item arrived damaged. But Fritz on customer service was exceptionally helpful and understanding. Free return label sent straight over to my email and a replacement posted pit straight away too. I hope the replacement arrives okay

GBI had a problem and really needed to… I had a problem and really needed to discuss it. Initially I had to use a chatbot,but was soon able to communicate with a very helpful person called Fritz!!

GBAwful customer service Bought a pajama set when visiting London. First cool wash before using them caused some of the dye to run and stain the garment. No response at all when emailing them. I then decided to call the central number but was told I could only call the specific branch. These calls rang out a number of times. Eventually getting to speak to someone there I was told I could only return the item to a shop - there are none in the South West where I live. I also was informed I only had 14 days to do so. So I now have a ruined, unused set of pajamas. Truly awful company to deal with and with a poor quality product in this case.
