GB14 inch mattress ordered I ordered a 14 inch mattress and only got to 13 inches. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ! And when you sit or lay on the edge of the mattress it feels like you are going to fall off. I message you all and was told sometimes they don't get up to the 14 inches. Was offered $30 refund to purchase a mattress topper. And if I wanted to return it, I needed to pay for the shipping overseas. What a joke ! Pretty sad to spend so much money for a mattress and told to cover it. And where can I find a topper for $30. I should have stuck to buying from Amazon. Won't ever buy this type of mattress again ! Very disappointed and very poor customer service !

GBAs someone who doesn't usually shop on… As someone who doesn't usually shop on line I was very appreciative of Molblly's process. They made it "user friendly" and honest. And my houseguests were happy with the mattress.

GBMattress itself is ok and comfortable Mattress itself is ok and comfortable, however it did rise up only 11 inches and all four coners has expanded only 10 inches. The website photo shows brown and white color, but I received grey and white color mattress .

NLThis company is a SCAM This company is a SCAM. Customer service is non existent. You can’t even call anyone. Number is not connected. My mattress still has not arrived yet. Tracking numbers do not work. Do Not BUY. Run I am also in Canada not the Netherlands. No idea why it says I’m in the Netherlands.

GBQuality was a pleasant surprise. It was easy to check out. The mattress was delivered quickly, and it was exactly as described. It's comfy and fits the bed frame perfectly. The quality of the product at first glance and try has been great. Keep in mind we have only had it a week, but we will let you know more once we get down the road.
