GBFamily emergency leads to new find@ We had a family emergency and I found myself sleeping in the livingroom of my sister's home for a couple of weeks. The pillow that she loaned me was firm and comfortable. After a week on it, I decided to purchase one of my own and was excited that it came in a pack of two. I'm now home in my own bed with my new pillows replacing my old one.

GBThe mattress and bed frame arrived early than planned The mattress and bed frame arrived earlier than reported. No one was there, and we had to drive across town to put the delivery inside the building. While the product seems solid and fairly well constructed; however, the wood pieces were unfinished with obvious splinters and bits of wood sticking up at points of drill holes. We can to trim bits of fabric and plastic out of holes to attach bolts for the frame.

FRGreat experience Was pleasantly surprised. Delivery took a bit longer than expected so I reached out to their customer service. Was a bit anxious when I didn't get an answer at first but got a reply a few days later. Mattress arrived a few days after that. Customer service was very friendly. The mattress itself is great, left it to get back in shape for 3 days and have enjoyed it ever since. Will be a repeat customer when the time comes.
