It took a long time to sort out everything but it was a huge insurance claim & there were lots of belongings to itemise. I was so thankful that the company was there to help me in a time of tremendous personal stress & I was happy with the final resolution.

WORST THING THEY HAVE DONE. 0 communication and a lot of back and forth! 5 months later my carpets have still not been replaced!!!! &every person i speak to has a different answer!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!
