Great product for side sleepers. I like that you can adjust the fill to fit your needs. It's easy to adjust to your needs as a side sleeper. Pricey for what you get but if it works… Pricey for what you get but if it works and holds up for 10 years, I will be happy. Originally got an offer for like 20% off but the order would NEVER go through. I finally gave up and went to the website and it went through perfectly- no 20% off.

PineTalles- NOT a customer-friendly POLICY! I tried and I did not like the hardness of the pillow. It is like sleeping on the ground. So I reached out to PineTales to return the product. They said there were NO RETURNS. I said : I am not satisfied with the product you sold me. I didn’t purchase the wrong size of the pillow. The pillow feels like lying your head on the ground. Pretty expensive gamble for whoever buys your pillow and is not satisfied with your product. NOT a customer-friendly POLICY! Something tells me you have a lot of people trying to return the product. Hmm? This is what they said: "We don't force anyone to buy our products. It is your choice to make a purchase with us or elsewhere. And when you purchase with us, you legally agree to our return policy". We cannot do anything else than list our return policy on our website. Reading it is up to you as the customer. The neck support is a life saver! The ordering process was very straightforward and easy. My order was originally expected to arrive in four days but it came in two! PineTales Prime! Simple yet outstanding technology These days it's pretty common for profit to be prioritized over product quality. This isn't the case with this pillow! Me being the picky person I am when it comes to the how I spend my money (specially online!!):I researched a bit about what to look for in a quality pillow. Of course the majority of my results were ads with catchphrases such as memory foam, cooling technology, etc. Then I came across reviews and recommendations on buckwheat and millet pillows and their properties. This was my first millet pillow and I've got to say it went beyond what I was expecting: It holds it's shape, stays firm, and it's easily customizable with how much filling you want it with. I gotta say it's heavier than your regular cotton and memory foam pillow, but that isn't an issue at all. Overall, if you're new to hull pillows you won't be disappointed! I will say, though: I live in Mexico and although I have residence in the US I wish they would be able to ship here without 40 extra dollars for shipping. (I ordered mine to my US address and picked it up there)
