Great customer service! I love my PineTales millet pillow! I have used a buckwheat pillow for years, but needed to replace it. When I read about PineTales millet pillow I wanted to try it. As advertised, it doesn’t make the noise my old buckwheat pillow did. I think it is softer too. It does take a little trial and error to get the right fit for each person, but that’s part of what makes it great! There was a mix up on my order and I first received a buckwheat pillow. PineTales responded to my email quickly and sent out a millet pillow FedEx. They even added an extra pillow case because of the mix up.

PineTalles- NOT a customer-friendly POLICY! I tried and I did not like the hardness of the pillow. It is like sleeping on the ground. So I reached out to PineTales to return the product. They said there were NO RETURNS. I said : I am not satisfied with the product you sold me. I didn’t purchase the wrong size of the pillow. The pillow feels like lying your head on the ground. Pretty expensive gamble for whoever buys your pillow and is not satisfied with your product. NOT a customer-friendly POLICY! Something tells me you have a lot of people trying to return the product. Hmm? This is what they said: "We don't force anyone to buy our products. It is your choice to make a purchase with us or elsewhere. And when you purchase with us, you legally agree to our return policy". We cannot do anything else than list our return policy on our website. Reading it is up to you as the customer. No issues, everything good Not sure if the pillow will work well for me yet, but whether or not it's for me, the company was good. Order went through and was delivered promptly with good tracking. Zero issues. Did not have to contact support, so can't say about that process.

Quality pillows, generously filled. I’ve purchased from them twice, once via Amazon and once directly, and have been satisfied with the products and services. Both pillows have been as advertised and of good quality, and I appreciate how generously they are filled, allowing room for adjustment with some left over for future use. I have no complaints.
