GBGreat customer service! I love my PineTales millet pillow! I have used a buckwheat pillow for years, but needed to replace it. When I read about PineTales millet pillow I wanted to try it. As advertised, it doesn’t make the noise my old buckwheat pillow did. I think it is softer too. It does take a little trial and error to get the right fit for each person, but that’s part of what makes it great! There was a mix up on my order and I first received a buckwheat pillow. PineTales responded to my email quickly and sent out a millet pillow FedEx. They even added an extra pillow case because of the mix up.

GBPoor customer service and satisfaction Avoid purchasing anything from this company as they will refuse to cancel any order regardless of the order status. You will be disappointed!!!

GBNo issues, everything good Not sure if the pillow will work well for me yet, but whether or not it's for me, the company was good. Order went through and was delivered promptly with good tracking. Zero issues. Did not have to contact support, so can't say about that process.
