You all are always consistent with the… You all are always consistent with the quality of products offered. I've had my bed for years and still love it. I always order my sheets and mattress protectors through you. Just received my last order and sheets were soft as butter!

4 year review We have had our bed for several years and now, and love it. The one issue with the bed is it ruins your sleeping when you travel because you compare every bed to your bed at home. I have returned to buy pillows and extra layers for my bed and the customer service is always great to deal with. I have recommended this bed to there and have other family that are purchasing a bed for themselves. My only regret is that I didn’t go king sized with the adjustable base. One day when I decide to upgrade, you can bet that it will be a king sized, adjustable bed from Personal Comfort.

Deflated mattress Accurate troubleshooting methods resulted in Identifying the issue and suggesting the correct part to be ordered. The part was receive in a timely manner!

Service was friendly and delivery… Service was friendly and delivery pretty fast. I was a little disappointed in the pro-rated %. I've have my mattress 5 years and the new air bladder was pro-rated 50%. On a 25 year warranty, that seems a little out of proportion. I asked the service rep what the % proration would be at 20-25 years and he said 10%. That's so low it is practically insignificant, which in my mind makes the "25 year warranty" misleading. My 2 cents

Great Experience !!!! The quoting and ordering process was very smooth! Delivery was made in 4 weeks, which is exactly what was quoted! We were pleasantly surprised when we unpacked the mattresses - they were already assembled! All we had to do was put them on the frames (Split King, Twin XL), connect the air lines, and pump the mattresses up! The combination of adjustable frames and mattresses have allowed my wife to sleep in the bed again, something she's not been able to do since her surgery for breast cancer! She's DEFINITELY a happy camper now!! And so am I (..happy wife, happy life.....) Thank You!!
