Great bed and Great customer service Wish I would have purchased this bed a long time ago. Easy to set up. Worth the money. Awesome customer service. 1 little problem that they took care of immediately. If your thinking about getting one, stop! And BUY the bed now. You won't regret it. Sleep so good now. Wake up feeling great and sleep all night now. The bed is way better than I expected. I went back and forth about getting one for many years. Don't make my mistake by waiting so long. I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator and got it to my apartment by myself. Don't be worried about any part of setup. Easy. Does have some weight to the base but you'll be glad once it's setup. Not going anywhere. I have flex head so not sure on bases without. Has to be less weight but still solid frame either way I would imagine. FYI go with flex base. Raising head and feet and kicking on message is nice. If your reading these your thinking about it. DO IT!

Great service! Called about a warranty issue as one of the air chambers was losing air. The rep who answered the phone was great to work with, pulled up my account immediately and got the replacement air chamber out quickly.

Great customer support. I had done a lot of research before calling Personal Comfort and talking with Russell. Your website is great and contains a lot of information and description. But Russell added the personal touch and was very helpful in providing additional insights into the 2 mattresses that I was considering that helped me in making my decision.
