BEWARE! Horriblet 0/5 BEWARE! 0/5 *** THE COMPANY RESPONSE IS A LIE*** I was dissatisfied with the Crystal. After many email exchanges with their support, a “manager” finally offered to replace it and do it right. I submitted a larger picture (which they should have used the first time), and added engraving. I paid for the light base which they did not send the first time and now they are claiming it was my mistake. Unprofessional, unethical. I didn’t forget to add anything on the order - they just made a terrible product, They shrank the image so small that it was lost in the crystal and barely visible. They didn’t include the base that I paid for and refuse to fix their mistake or offer a refund. There is no phone number and their “customer support” is only via email. HUGE RED FLAG. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. They won’t fix their mistake and they refuse to refund me. ALSO, DON’T BELIEVE THE WEBSITE - there is no “30-day return” and no “guaranteed satisfaction”. From their website in their own words: “We want you to love your crystals. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If anything in your crystal doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right” Well, they refuse to “make it right” .. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL. Also, THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE look fake because the finished product LOOKS NOTHING LIKE the pictures on the website. They must use enhanced photos to make the crystal look like a real photo; it doesn’t. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I was surprised at how fast our… I was surprised at how fast our memorial to our dog was made and shipped out. The quality was outstanding, a beautiful memorial for this family member. Would highly recommend them should you require a special item to keep those special memories alive

Don't fall for this Don't fall for this! Worst product and even worse service. I ordered 10 days before Valentines Day with the promise of receiving it before February 14th. I finally received it on March 10th. The end product was nothing like what you see on the website. Complete waste of money. Don't waste your time or money!

My crystal is a beautiful work of art! I am so happy with my crystal! Masterpics did an awesome job with the memorial crystal of our beloved dog Troy! The photo looks life like inside of the crystal. And the wooden base is also a work of art. The light, in the base, really shines through the crystal and highlights the picture. Everything about the experience with Masterpics was outstanding! Thanks for the beautiful artwork!!!

You provided an amazing replica of my… You provided an amazing replica of my wife's favorite picture of her family that included her deceased Mom and sister. It brought her to tears and that was a homerun as far as I see it. Excellent job!
