My crystal is a beautiful work of art! I am so happy with my crystal! Masterpics did an awesome job with the memorial crystal of our beloved dog Troy! The photo looks life like inside of the crystal. And the wooden base is also a work of art. The light, in the base, really shines through the crystal and highlights the picture. Everything about the experience with Masterpics was outstanding! Color lighter than expected We really like the piece we chose. Our furbaby is a black Lab but her photo appears somewhat faded. We hoped she would show her true black. No response from company regarding issue. Do not recommend this company, especially considering the price of the piece.
