GBI’ve killed every plant I’ve ever had. I’ve killed every plant I’ve ever had, so I tried Easyplant and couldn’t be happier. I started off with three plant and after two months I now have eighteen. They are so easy to care for and the support team is amazing answering any questions you have. They truly live up to their promise. For Mother’s Day, instead of buying flowers that would die in a week, I got two Easyplants. My mother loved them. This will be a company I’ll use in the future for any plant needs.

GBStellar Plants AND Customer Service! The quality of the plants I’ve purchased have been excellent. Only one proved to be an exception, as it was damaged upon receipt. Easyplant was wonderful when I contacted them about this with photo documentation of the White Bird of Paradise issues. They replaced it with another—at no charge to me. I couldn’t believe it. The newer plant was perfect. This really sold me on this company, because it was so clear to me that they really cared and wanted to rectify the matter without fail. I’m forever a fan. Customer Service was absolutely divine and readily forthcoming.

GBGreat plants, Excellent customer service These plants are excellent, and the company customer service is top notch. I love that I only have to water these about once a month since I travel a lot, and they have flourished and look beautiful in my home. When I did encounter a quality issue (not surprising when shipping live plants in the mail), customer service responded promptly and went way above and beyond to take care of me. They stand behind their products and I’m a customer for life.
