I’ve killed every plant I’ve ever had. I’ve killed every plant I’ve ever had, so I tried Easyplant and couldn’t be happier. I started off with three plant and after two months I now have eighteen. They are so easy to care for and the support team is amazing answering any questions you have. They truly live up to their promise. For Mother’s Day, instead of buying flowers that would die in a week, I got two Easyplants. My mother loved them. This will be a company I’ll use in the future for any plant needs.

After I sent pictures, customer service quickly agreed to send out a new plant to me. Customer service was great! I would have given a 5 star rating except that at 74 years old, I would prefer calling rather than chatting online. Also I have not yet received the replacement plant; therefore, some unknowns remain. Generally, I am impressed with easy plant and their service.

Stellar Plants AND Customer Service! The quality of the plants I’ve purchased have been excellent. Only one proved to be an exception, as it was damaged upon receipt. Easyplant was wonderful when I contacted them about this with photo documentation of the White Bird of Paradise issues. They replaced it with another—at no charge to me. I couldn’t believe it. The newer plant was perfect. This really sold me on this company, because it was so clear to me that they really cared and wanted to rectify the matter without fail. I’m forever a fan. Customer Service was absolutely divine and readily forthcoming.

Easy to order Easy to order. This is my second time I bought from easy plant. At this point, I am know to kill plants but my surving plants is the rattlesnake plant that’s why I bought a second one but my money tree is dying no help there I don’t know why
