GBNegative reviews are true. Don't buy from Clatterans! I wish I had seen this website before ordering two months ago. I still haven't received my order. I've emailed and called twice, with promises to email me back and nothing. As other reviews say, if you call you just get a 'I'll send this to the warehouse' This time I requested a refund but I'm not holding my breath. Might have to go to the Better Business Bureau to get something done.

GBI ordered 10 days ago and still haven't… I ordered 10 days ago and still haven't received water filters. I've used their portal to send three requests for shipping info. No reply. No customer service number or actual email. I called my credit card and disputed the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS INTERNET FRAUD. If its too good to be true........Horrible company and will never recommend. Even if I get them sometime in the future,I will refuse them as I don't trust the quality because if customer service is this poor, can you imagine the quality control in some horrible Chinese sweatshop. Beware!

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! / Lots of Complaints DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Nearly impossible to speak with a human being! Never received the product! After countless hours listening to an IVR over several days, the person spoken with also had no tracking information for what I purchased! Promised to get back to me and never did! Looks like the company is actually owned by “Golden Sea Services Limited” based in Hong Kong!

GBShould have read Trustpilot before buying Clatterans I bought a 3 pack of Clatterans water filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator so I would have one on hand every 6 months when it was time to change. One of the filters would not lock into the refrigerator properly. I asked for a refund or replacement. The response was that my item was past the 1-year warranty and past the 30 days for a free return. I'm shopping elsewhere.

GBBuyer Beware! These folks are scammers! They send packages with fake tracking numbers, no details in tracking, do destination address, etc. They doe not email you when they ship with tracking details so as to alert you to be waiting for the package. They transfer blame on carrier. They use carriers who seem to transfer to other carriers, etc. so as to loose the package in translation. Again, no details in tracking, just a confirmation on delivery.Very fishy!
