GBBroken product, terrible delivery, and unreliable customer service. The product I ordered was originally damaged before shipping, and it took over 2 months to get the product in. When it arrived, 1 of the shower stall panels was broken and unusable. While initially responsive, Customer Service told me the replacement part was "shipping today," when in fact it didn't ship for 10 days. When I called them on this, they had no explanation other than misinformation, and when I asked if they could expedite the shipment rather than ship ground, their classic response was, "There is nothing we can do about it." There is ALWAYS something that a good customer service team can do. It's just that the folks at Main Faucet decided not to do anything to serve their customer.

GBWill not use Main Faucet again Main Faucet charged my credit card but did not ship the product for nearly 6 weeks. Repeated inquiries went unanswered for weeks. Communication with your customers needs a great deal of improvement.

GBChange your shipping company, keep everything else Customer service was excellent, the item priced right, and the website easy to use. Shipped and arrived on time, but delivery driver would only deliver to sidewalk. It took looks of convincing to have him deliver 10 feet more inside the house. The item weighs 300 pounds.

GBno feedback! Less then one star would be appropriate. Zero customer service, or nonexistent, no response to e-mails, phone service is ridiculous, in fact the number provided states a different company on an automated system. Ordered a product on the 5th of Jan, on the ninth of Jan money removed for the item from my bank account and my order status still says sent to the warehouse! Repeated e-mails asking for confirmation of shipping, as in tracking, estimated arrival, have been ignored and unanswered. Do not trust this company! My next step is contacting my bank disputing charges for merchandise not acknowledged but charged for. Ordering from a reputable company instead

GBThe worst service I ever have in on line purchase!!!!!!!!!! Due to a processing/shipping error on Kingston Brass' part, I received valves that I didn't order. I've made numerous attempts to get this issue resolved using the customer service number on the invoice and this issue is yet to be handled properly. I was charged for shipment of the valves to my home and was charged again to have the shipped back, even though I was sent the wrong item by Kingston Brass. I'm out $22 total for shipping and never did receive the valves even after 2 months of run around by their customer service department. Be very cautious when dealing with this company. They do not value keeping customers.
