GBYou can find a better on-line vendor Purchased two Fresca assessories from Main Faucet. I had issues with both items. Main Faucet exchanged one of them for me and promised a shipping label for the other item. I never received the shipping label. When I emailed Main Faucet, I never got a response. There are better vendors out there. Build.com is great and I have had good experiences with them.

GBGood customer service, but broken shower I ordered a shower insert. First delivery came with a dented piece. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sent two replacements. Both arrived dented and broken. I contacted customer service again. They sent another piece, but finally packaged it well enough so it didn't get damaged. So, it's great to know that their customer service dept will fix an issue, but it was annoying to delay my bathroom redo by 3 weeks because of this,

GBThe worst service I ever have in on line purchase!!!!!!!!!! Due to a processing/shipping error on Kingston Brass' part, I received valves that I didn't order. I've made numerous attempts to get this issue resolved using the customer service number on the invoice and this issue is yet to be handled properly. I was charged for shipment of the valves to my home and was charged again to have the shipped back, even though I was sent the wrong item by Kingston Brass. I'm out $22 total for shipping and never did receive the valves even after 2 months of run around by their customer service department. Be very cautious when dealing with this company. They do not value keeping customers.

GBTerrible experience - don't shop with them! I bought a bathroom faucet with them because of their hassle free return policy, After the faucet arrived - my contractor told me the hot water line was broken and must be replaced. I quickly picked up a replacement at lowes so that my contractor is not stuck and requested for a return from the merchant. They refused my return request by saying the manufacturer is not authorizing my return (WHAT???). I told them it's their job to deal with the manufacturer and urge them to refund. I already agreed to pay 2-way- shipping to return the defective faucet despite there is no fault on my part. They failed to act/ respond. I ended up calling my credit card company to reverse this transaction. Will never come back again.

GBunresponsive customer service and defected product I ordered a Cavaliere Euro AP238-PS65-36 Stainless Steel Range Hood from Main Faucet.com two months ago. However, I noticed that this range hood had two rusted corners when installed. There appears to be some repairs that was attempted to cover up the rust in the back two corners inside the hood. These two spots are quite an eye soar. We're very disappointed that we paid so much money ($750) and yet received a product that was not in satisfactory condition. I contacted Main Faucet about this. Yet they said there is nothing they can do because it has been installed and suggested us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said we could return it but we will have to contact Main Faucet (the seller) about it. So I emailed Main Faucet again yet received NO response at all after a month. I am very disappointed about Main Faucet's customer service and also the product they sold to me. One more thing: I just tried to log into my Main Faucet account and couldn't. OMG! Terrible website. Would never buy anything from Main Faucet!
