Bad practice + bad customer service Company kept products on the site that were not available + Bad customer service. Had to mail multiple times to get the answer that my product is not available after waiting for a month. Never again.

I do not recommend I do not recommend, worst customer service. My order never arrived, gave me a false tracking number and then told me my item was damaged by postal service.

So bad consuming experience The delivery was quick, but the delivered product was wrong. I sent email to communicate with them, there was never reply. It is not because I want to return product, but they delivery the wrong product. In order to get money back, following their regulation, I sent the wrong product back. The delivery fee I paid to send the wrong product back should be paid back to me according to their own regulation, but it was not refunded at all. Bad quality I ordered a dich rack from NiceBuy. Delivery was impecceable but the quality was terrible. It could not be assembled because they made some mistakes in calculations when building the dish rack. I decided to remove the plastic stand to be able to assemble it.
